This page is dedicated to all of the logistical information about the 2026 Conference. Here, you can find all of the transport, catering and timetable for the upcoming conference.
Catering
All delegates are provided with lunch on each of the conference days. Delegates are not permitted to leave the venue to purchase lunch, but they may bring in their own packed lunch should they wish. Each day has allocated break and lunch periods.

This year’s conference will take place on 30th June – 2nd July at West Hub JJ Thompson Avenue Cambridge, CB3 OUS

09:00-09:50: Registration and initial lobbying
09:50-10:20: Opening ceremony
10:20-10:30: Break
10:30-12:30: Ambassadors’ speeches
12:30-13:30: Lunch

Wednesday 1st July
