Closing Ceremony and the MUNoC Awards 2025

As the conference came to a close on the 4th of July, the Head teacher of Impington Village College, Ms Sale, congratulated the delegates and the MUNoC team on an incredible three days. The secretariat then took a moment to thank the many extremely valuable members of staff that helped MUNoC run as smoothly and as efficiently as it did. This included the reviewing panel who worked diligently to ensure resolutions could be debated and aided with the website uploading process, the press team who thoroughly documented all corners of the event, both with photos and with articles, the dedicated adstaff who worked tirelessly running around passing notes between committees for three days, and, of course, the Chairs and Vice -Chairs who gave up three days of their post-IB exam summer to come back and be a crucial part of the conference. The Head and Deputy of Operations then gave a special thanks to all the members of the ELA Trust and School supervisors who made it all possible.

Awards

The Chairs and Vice-Chairs of each committee presented their ‘Best Delegate’ Awards followed by the Head of Protocols presenting Best Ambassador and the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Forum Assembly presenting Best Delegation. It must be said that overall the whole team at MUNoC was extremely impressed with the level of debate and knowledge of all the delegates throughout the conference. There were many honourable mentions and the chairs and Vice-Chairs found it very difficult to pick just one to win the title of ‘Best’, but in the end their communication skills, confidence and knowledge made them really stand out,  congratulations all!
