This page is dedicated to all of the logistical information about the 2025 Conference. Here, you can find all of the transport and catering details for the event.
Catering
All delegates are provided with lunch on each of the conference days. Delegates are not permitted to leave the venue to purchase lunch, but they may bring in their own packed lunch should they wish. Each day has allocated break and lunch periods, during which cold and hot drinks are available for purchase.
The Schedule, Venues, and Transport
This year’s conference will take place on 2nd-4th July.
The conference will be hosted at the University of Cambridge Computer Laboratories. There are several public transport routes available from Cambridge train station – including the U1 and U2 bus services.
Timings will be confirmed at a later date, but the conference should run between 08:00 – 09:00 to 16:00 each day.
