This page is dedicated to all of the logistical information about the 2025 Conference. Here, you can find all of the transport and catering details for the event.
Catering
All delegates are provided with lunch on each of the conference days. Delegates are not permitted to leave the venue to purchase lunch, but they may bring in their own packed lunch should they wish. Each day has allocated break and lunch periods.
The Schedule and Venue
This year’s conference will take place on 2nd-4th July at Impington Village College, New Road, Impington, CB24 9XL.
Timings for the conference will run as follws:
Wednesday 2nd July
08:30-09:20: Registration and initial lobbying
09:20-10:50: Opening ceremony
10:50-11:00: Break
11:00-11:30: Ambassadors’ speeches
11:30-12:10: Lobbying in Forum Assembly
12:10-12:20: Break
12:20-13:40: Lobbying in committees. Security Council begins debating.
13:40-14:20: Lunch
14:20-16:00: Debating in committees
Thursday 3rd July
08:30-09:00: Registration
09:00-11:00: Debating in committees
11:00-11:20: Break
11:20-13:40: Debating in committees
13:40-14:20: Lunch

Friday 4th July

Transport
If you are taking the train and arriving at Cambridge Railway Station, the A bus will take you to the Histon and Impington Busway stop, which is a 10 minute walk from the college. From the A you may have to change to the 8 bus at Akemen Street depending on the bus schedule (it is best to check this the day before travel). If arriving at Cambridge North, the B bus will take you down the busway to the Histon and Impington Busway stop.
Travelling from central Cambridge, take the 8 bus.
