This page is dedicated to all of the logistical information about the 2026 Conference. Here, you can find all of the transport and catering details for the 2025 event to give you an idea of what it might be like this year.
Catering
All delegates are provided with lunch on each of the conference days. Delegates are not permitted to leave the venue to purchase lunch, but they may bring in their own packed lunch should they wish. Each day has allocated break and lunch periods.
The Schedule and Venue
This year’s conference will take place on 30th June – 2nd July at West Hub JJ Thompson Avenue Cambridge, CB3 OUS
Timings for the conference are not solidified yet but these are how they run in 2025:
Wednesday 2nd July
08:30-09:20: Registration and initial lobbying
09:20-10:50: Opening ceremony
10:50-11:00: Break
11:00-11:30: Ambassadors’ speeches
11:30-12:10: Lobbying in Forum Assembly
12:10-12:20: Break
12:20-13:40: Lobbying in committees. Security Council begins debating.
13:40-14:20: Lunch
14:20-16:00: Debating in committees
Thursday 3rd July
